Our office hours: You can call Carousel Pediatrics at any time at (504) 885-4141. If your child has a serious medical problem and our office is closed, you will be forwarded to an answering service. Leave your name and telephone number. A doctor will get back in touch with you as soon as she can. In life-threatening emergency, call 911. The person who answers the phone will be a trained emergency service dispatcher. Give him or her all the necessary information quickly and calmly. The dispatcher will bring together the physicians, ambulance service, and other help your child needs. If you have a non-urgent medical question, you can email our nursing staff at nurses@carouselpediatrics.com.
